🚗 Ballas Hideout Complex | House + Side Parking + Rear Repair Garage | Hidden Drug Lab, Torture Room & Weapon Workshop | FiveM MLO

This isn't just an interior. It's a complete gang hideout built as one resource, with three connected locations:

Short Description

A complete gang base built as one resource. A gritty, lived-in trap house on top. A hidden underground operation below — grow lab, torture room, armory, packing station. Plus a side parking lot for 2 cars or 10 bikes, and a rear repair garage with a working pit. Everything in one install.

Full Description

🏚️ Ballas Hideout Complex

This is not just an interior. It's a full gang property — three connected locations shipping as one resource, one .ytyp, one install.

Built in the area once known as CJ's neighborhood, now claimed by the Ballas. The kind of place where the party's upstairs, the operation's below, and the cars out back don't always fit through the fence.

🏠 The House — Upper Floor

🚪 Entry Area

Two street entrances (front and rear) + a hidden third access point
Small arch between the entry and the kitchen
Single armchair, side table, scratched walls, worn flooring

🍔 Kitchen & Dining

Round dining table with a single chair
On the table: pills, a burger box, rolling paper packaging — quiet storytelling, nothing loud
Broken cabinet doors, worn kitchen counters
Kitchen unit with cooking gear, clutter, and two cases of beer

🛋️ Living Room

Couch facing a TV
Round coffee table with a center cutout and a fabric-shaded lamp running through it
Scattered mess: crumpled blankets, pizza boxes, dirty plates — clearly a hangout spot nobody cleans

🛏️ Bedroom

Worn wardrobe for storage
Central bed with clutter on it
Dresser under the window with a record player, vinyl, and old discs

🛁 Bathroom

Bathtub with shower curtain
Sink with mirror, tin cans, magazines, and an empty liquor bottle
Local rumor: somebody once had their stomach pumped here

🔻 The House — Hidden Underground Level

Access through a disguised wall panel near the street entrance. Behind it: a spiral staircase leading down.

⛓️ Torture Room (behind a metal door)

Chair under a stolen construction floodlight
Tool board: screwdriver, knife, machete, scissors
Water dispenser column — officially for drinking

✨ Changing Room

Metal lockers on both walls
Benches on both sides
Working mirror between the benches (real reflection)

🌿 Packing & Grow Lab

Main packing station for processing product
Grow setup with adjustable pot count: 3 → 6 → 9 (upgradeable)
Purple grow lighting on the ceiling
Black water barrel with automated irrigation
Decorative detail throughout — not a bare table and chairs

🔫 Weapon Workshop

Workbenches for weapon crafting
Ammo and casing stations
Crates of parts and weapons
Finished weapons displayed on the walls, including skinned variants

🅿️ Side Parking

Open-air parking lot right next to the house
Fits 2 cars or up to 10 motorcycles
Garage-style layout, easy street access
Perfect for staging vehicles before a job

🔧 Rear Repair Garage

Separate garage at the back of the property
Repair pit included — for working on vehicles, not just parking them
One vehicle in gang colors included by default
Room for a second vehicle — ideal for repairs
Note: getting a car in isn't easy. There's no road leading up to it — you'll need to remove part of the fence. Call it realism. Call it a challenge. Either way, it's memorable.

💬 FAQ

Is this compatible with QB / ESX?
QB, ESX, VRP, custom build — that's it.

Does the grow system work out of the box, or do I need a script?
For the growth to work, you need a script, which is logical. I provide the models; as for the script, contact DeepSeek or a programmer you know.

Can I change the gang theme?
Yes. The interior is built around a Ballas vibe, but nothing locks you into it. Works for any street gang or criminal faction.

Is the hidden entrance functional?
Yes. The wall panel opens and leads to the underground level.

Is the repair pit scripted or visual only?
Only for the visual side. I'm not limiting you to create some kind of script, but unfortunately, I can't include it in the package.

Can I sell the house, parking, and garage separately?
No — they ship as one resource and are sold as a complete complex.
